Steward

About the project. Steward is a clinical decision support system for analyzing polypharmacy in elderly patients. It analyzes drug interactions (drug‑drug, drug‑disease), visualizes the patient’s pathogenetic connections as a graph. It helps the physician quickly see all unsafe drug combinations and re‑assemble the therapy. Goal Reduce the risk of adverse drug reactions in patients taking 5+ medications. Provide the physician with a tool that shows the whole picture in minutes, rather than forcing them to keep it in their head. Tasks — Implement graph visualization of pathogenesis and interactions — Integrate international criteria (STOPP/START, Beers, anticholinergic load) — Ensure safe handling of medical data — Establish development and testing processes — Translate clinical requirements into technical tasks What is already available — Working prototype in Python — 108 retrospective medical records (real data) — Clinical hypothesis confirmed: prescribing errors exist Who I'm looking for Technical partner: architecture, backend, API, data security, graph visualization.
