About the project. About the Project Goals and Objectives The “rep” project is aimed at supporting and developing the careers of young women in modeling. Our primary goal is to provide opportunities for women aged 18 to 26, regardless of their experience, in a safe and professional environment. We strive to create a platform where every model can unlock her potential and start a successful career. What Has Been Done Team formed : Our team consists of 7 people with varying levels of experience in the industry. Website developed : We launched a website that serves as the main platform for submitting applications and information about the project. Communication channels created : We have an active Telegram channel and social media groups, such as VKontakte. Model search started : We are actively looking for models in major Russian cities, using various platforms such as Avito and dating sites. Work infrastructure developed : We have established processes for receiving applications, interviews, and supporting new models. What Needs to Be Done Expand the team : We need professionals to manage the Telegram channel, post job listings on Avito, and handle databases for mailings. Expand the geographic scope of model recruitment : We plan to actively attract models in new cities such as Novosibirsk, Kazan, Ufa, and others. Improve content and audience interaction : We want to raise the quality of content across all our platforms and enhance engagement with our audience. Attract investment : We are seeking funding for further development of the project and improving working conditions for our models. Create training materials : Development of courses and materials to train new models so they can successfully launch their careers. Conduct marketing campaigns : Launch advertising campaigns to attract more models and raise brand awareness.
