About the project. ? What is LegalChain? LegalChain is a digital platform that helps companies conclude and execute deals with maximum legal and financial protection. The service combines: electronic contract drafting; fund hold mechanism (freezing money until conditions are met); built‑in business execution rules; automatic arbitration in case of disputes; transparent reporting for each stage of the deal. ? The problem the project solves In Russia, up to 90% of B2B deals are concluded without guarantees or performance insurance. Litigation disputes are prolonged and costly. Counterparty verification and legal support require resources that not all companies have. Electronic document flow (EDO) does not provide financial performance guarantees. ✅ Solution LegalChain offers a turnkey digital deal in which: Money is held in a protected hold account until contract conditions are fulfilled; Performance is automatically tracked via the platform; Smart logic analyzes deal events and automatically decides when to transfer funds; In case of a dispute, independent arbitration is engaged. ?
