About the project. Problem we are solving: Founders and heads of small businesses (auto services, construction sites, design studios, ateliers) drown daily in the chaos of group chats in Telegram and WhatsApp. Tasks get lost, work statuses are unknown, clients aren’t aware of what’s happening. This leads to missed deadlines, financial losses, and burnout. Our solution : We are not creating “yet another app”. We turn the familiar communication environment — Telegram — into a powerful management tool. ServiceFlow is a CRM and task‑management system that works entirely inside the messenger. What this provides: · For the Leader: A unified control panel where the status of every order, employee workload, and financial metrics are visible. No more constantly asking “how’s it going?” and “what’s the client’s status?”. · For the Team: Clear tasks, automatic notifications, and an easy way to report work. Confusion and duplication of responsibilities disappear. · For the Client: Automatic notifications about the status of their order and requests for work approval directly in the chat. Transparency and trust. What has already been done: A ready technical specification (TS), deep market analysis, and pilot interviews with potential clients. I, as the founder, work in the service sector myself and have personally felt all these problems. Technology and why it’s cool: We use the latest Telegram Bot API 9.0+ with support for Business Accounts and checklists. This allows us to create a unique experience: · Hidden handoff of dialogue between employees (the client chats with a single account, not seeing any switching). · Automation of notifications based on events (e.g., the client receives a message when the technician discovers an additional malfunction). · Deep integration with the Telegram ecosystem, not just a “bot”. ... Who we are looking for in the team right now: We are looking for a technical co‑founder (Backend developer) who believes in the idea and will take responsibility for building the product core. We are also open to meeting: · UX/UI designers ready to join the project from the start on a partnership basis, to create not only a functional but also a flawless user‑experience‑focused interface. · Experienced mentors from the B2B SaaS, edtech, or fintech space who can give strategic advice on product development and market launch. We offer a real equity stake in the project and the chance to build a product from scratch that will change the workflow for thousands of teams. Required knowledge and skills: · For the Backend developer: Deep knowledge of Go (Golang), experience with PostgreSQL. Desired experience with Telegram Bot API (especially versions 9.0+), Docker, and API design. · For the UX/UI designer: Understanding of UX principles for B2B products, experience creating interfaces that solve complex business tasks simply and elegantly. Experience with Telegram Mini Apps or chat‑bots is a huge plus. · For the mentor: Expertise in launching and scaling B2B startups, building commercial strategies, and acquiring the first customers. What we DO NOT seek: hired developers or designers for a percentage. We are looking for partners, comrades, and future leaders of the project’s directions.
