ONE IN THE FIELD IS NOT A WARRIOR. WHY I AM BUILDING UNITYTEAM AND SEEKING PEOPLE WITH A CREATOR MINDSET.
Together we can achieve more than on our own.
There comes a moment when almost every entrepreneur arrives at one simple conclusion: you can start alone, but you can only achieve big things together. I reached this conclusion not from books or motivational videos. I went through it in practice — through business, teams, highs and mistakes. That’s why I’m here today writing this text. WHO I AM AND WHY I WRITE THIS My name is Simon Sen . I’m an entrepreneur and founder of several projects in the digital sphere, crypto direction, and community formats. Background: years of work in the crypto industry and Web3 projects experience in network business , where I built teams of thousands of people launch and development of offline and online businesses in various niches working not by a template, but through strategy, psychology, and systems thinking I have seen how strong teams are created. And I have seen why they fall apart. Now I’m at a stage where experience matters more than loud words , and values matter more than quick money. WHY I AM BUILDING NOT JUST A TEAM, BUT A COMMUNITY Today I’m developing UnityTeam — not as “another startup,” but as a club and community of people who: think long‑term want to create , not just execute tasks understand the value of a team and trust are ready to grow together with the project, not “jump” between ideas UnityTeam is not about hype. And not about quick promises. It’s about: bringing together people with different competencies collaborative thinking and development projects that have meaning and potential The platform format is still evolving, but the community is the foundation . WHO I AM LOOKING FOR I’m not looking for “perfect” people. I’m looking for adequate, thoughtful, and responsible ones. These can be: developers (backend / frontend / full‑stack) product‑ and UX‑oriented designers marketers, SMM specialists, content creators entrepreneurs and project managers people with experience in Web3, crypto, SaaS, IT projects But more important than profession is mindset and values . WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME IN PEOPLE honesty and responsibility ability to see things through to the result respect for time and agreements interest in development, not just money understanding that strong projects aren’t built in a month If you’re one of those who think in future categories , we definitely have something to talk about. WHAT I OFFER I’m not selling job openings. And I’m not promising “golden mountains.” I offer: participation in shaping the community and projects the chance to be a co‑creator rather than just an executor growth together with a system that is just being built live communication, exchange of experience, ideas, and partnerships UnityTeam is a path. And it’s not for everyone. But for those who belong . WHY I AM WRITING THIS ARTICLE To get acquainted. To find people with whom we can do truly big things . If this approach resonates with you — write to me. Even if you don’t have a concrete idea yet. Sometimes everything starts with a dialogue . INSTEAD OF A CONCLUSION One alone in the field is not a warrior. But a team is not about the number of people. It’s about the quality of connections and a shared goal . If you feel ready for something bigger than just “work” — perhaps we’re on the same wavelength. I’ll be glad to meet. Simon Sen @don_sen_simon UnityTeam @sensimon_unityteam
