I am seeking investment at the pre-seed stage.

I am looking for an investor (co-founder) to help implement the project, willing to invest 10 million in exchange for a share of future profits. The invested funds are expected to be recouped within 3–7 years. The money will be spent on what is known as research and development work. Before a viable product can be brought to market, it will be necessary to test several hypotheses, which will take from six months to a year and a half. In addition, I am considering an alternative option involving smaller investments from several people (no more than 10), followed by joint work on the project. The team will need people living in Samara or nearby communities to perform the following functions: mechanic, chemist specializing in oil and gas processes, civil engineer, electronics engineer, microcontroller programmer, procurement specialist, assembler, electronics installation technician—for the development period; plus a sales specialist and a marketing specialist before entering the market.
