My name is Evgenia Skornyakova (Yu Jin). I am a business‑system auditor (crisis manager), chief architect, and psychologist. Without fancy terminology — I read the architecture of a leader’s personality and the dynamics of their team. This especially concerns leaders who run business systems but have lost the helm along the way. When a system collapses, entrepreneurs usually start frantically rewriting scripts, implementing new CRMs, changing KPIs, and drinking more coffee. But a business breaks when the leader or their team breaks. Millions flow into nowhere simply because hidden wars are brewing inside the collective, key people quietly sabotage processes, and the founder or leader experiences such burnout that they just want to shut off. And at that point, playing classic therapy, digging into the past for years and listening to complaints is just a waste of time and money. I don’t do that. My essence is speed, honesty, and raw truth. When a person loses control over processes, they have no time for gentle patting. I speak straight and immediately spotlight the ulcer. This saves years of life and a heap of resources. I work in two directions: Crisis management for leaders Individual “resuscitation” for top‑managers, investors, and world‑class artists who have hit their invisible ceiling. I tackle burnout, restore clear focus, so they can start making precise, powerful decisions. Team audit and adjustment Deep analysis of the crew. I help find and ecologically remove those who sabotage work and pull the company down, or I rebuild work groups from scratch so people operate on the same wavelength and without conflict. Why am I writing this and where am I headed? Right now I’m creating the Investment Production Center “Freedom of the Soul.” It’s a closed autonomous ecosystem of a new type. My goal is to gather in one place the main asset of the future: strong people, resources, and the best creative talents, to jointly build international projects and massive capital!
